1. Software and Design Ownership

All digital products, source codes, and designs created by TechMab are the intellectual property of TechMab unless otherwise stated in a written agreement.

2. Client Usage Rights

Clients are granted a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the final deliverables (websites, apps, designs) solely for their business purposes. Redistribution, resale, or modification without consent is prohibited.

3. Third-Party Tools

Some services may integrate third-party plugins, APIs, or libraries. These are governed by their respective licenses (e.g., MIT, GPL, or proprietary).

4. Trademarks

All company names, logos, and product names mentioned are trademarks of their respective owners.

5. Revocation of License

TechMab reserves the right to revoke or suspend licenses in case of breach of payment terms or misuse of the deliverables.
